Our classes provide a blend of challenge and support, encouraging you to refine your technique and build strength while honoring your body’s current needs.

From dynamic flows to foundational practices, we offer the tools and expertise to enhance your physical practice, regardless of your experience level. Explore Our Class Styles

Warm Structured Flow
This 75-minute class will begin with breath work and specific warm-up postures, including traditional and non-traditional sun salutations. We will then move into a series of thoughtfully sequenced poses, which we will first slowly break down to refine your alignment and then flow through at a faster pace. Heated 80-85.

Hot Power Flow
This is an energetic, and invigorating practice designed to build strength and flexibility. We will seamlessly connect breath and movement through a creative sequence of postures combined with a spirited playlist. Some modifications are offered for all levels, but prior yoga experience is highly recommended.
Heated 95-100.

All Levels – Unheated
This class offers a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. This class incorporates mindful movement to build flexibility, and strength while calming the mind through breath and focus. You’ll explore a blend of postures, including floor work, standing, and balance poses. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely. Unheated.

Hot Vin + Yin
We begin this class similar to our Hot Power Flow, before taking down the heat and spending the second half of class in longer held seated poses. Heated 95 –> 80

Mindful Movement for the Actively Aging
Let’s embrace graceful aging with mindful movement! This gentle class is designed to support the actively aging body by focusing on improving flexibility, balance, and strength. We’ll incorporate the use of props like chairs and yoga blocks to help move with ease and grace. Unheated.

30-Minute Targeted Mobility or Strength
These 30-minute classes are designed to target specific mobility and strength limitations which can be frustrating during a traditional yoga class. We’ll have a classes targeting the posterior chain for those who can’t touch their toes, classes to build strength for chaturanga and arm balances, and more! Heated 72-100, depending on the class.

*Class Packs can be used for both 60 minute and 30 minute classes. For example, a 10-Class Pack can be used ten 60-minute classes, twenty 30-minute classes, or a combination of both.
