Sprint Club

Whether you’re an athlete looking for a competitive edge, a runner hoping to improve speed and efficiency, or simply someone who wants to move more powerfully, Sprint Club is designed to help you train with purpose.

Led by former Division I sprinter Kayla Foy, each session combines sprint mechanics, acceleration work, power development, and conditioning in a structured, progressive program.

Unlike simply “running sprints,” Sprint Club teaches proper mechanics while building strength, speed, coordination, and athleticism in a supportive group environment.

Sessions are designed to challenge participants of varying abilities while emphasizing quality movement, injury prevention, and measurable progress.

Tuesdays 9:00am: Speed & Technique
Focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, posture, arm action, and efficient movement.

Thursdays 9:00am: Speed Endurance & Conditioning
Develop power, stamina, athleticism, and resilience through sprint intervals, hills, plyometrics, and conditioning drills.

Price

Sprint Club sessions are $18 for drop-ins, or 2 credits with your existing class pack.

FAQ

Do I have to be fast to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re new to sprint training or have years of experience, workouts are scaled to your current ability. Some experience running is recommended.

Will we sprint every session?
Yes, but sessions also include mobility, dynamic warm-ups, sprint drills, plyometrics, strength-based movement, and recovery periods. Sprints won’t always be at full intensity.

Can I attend just one day per week?
Yes! You’re welcome to attend either Tuesday or Thursday independently, though attending both provides the greatest benefit.

What happens if it’s extremely hot?
Coaches monitor weather conditions and may adjust workout intensity, increase rest periods, or cancel sessions if conditions are unsafe.

Outdoor Training Notice: Sprint Club takes place outdoors on natural and paved surfaces. Participants should be comfortable exercising outside in varying weather conditions and are encouraged to stay hydrated before, during, and after each session.
