ASSISTED STRETCH SESSIONS AT SOULFUL STRENGTH

Assisted stretch is a one-on-one, guided session where a coach helps take you through targeted stretches to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support recovery – without you having to “figure it out” on your own.

This is not passive lounging. This is intentional movement support, coached by professionals who understand anatomy, training load and joint health.

Session Options & Pricing

For you first session, please schedule an Initial Visit Consult & Stretch. The price of this session is $30 and includes a 25 minute consultation and discussion of your goals and movement history, followed by a 25-minute assisted stretch session based on this discussion.

Allows time for full-body work and deeper, more comprehensive stretching.

Focused, targeted work for specific areas.

Alexis Lech

As Co-Owner of Soulful Strength Yoga, Alexis is dedicated to creating a welcoming and empowering space where students learn to move with knowledge, intention, and strength. Her extensive background allows her to seamlessly blend the principles of personal training, yoga, and functional movement, creating a dynamic and intelligent approach to practice. She believes in fostering a practice that is both challenging and accessible, encouraging growth by ensuring that every student feels seen and heard.

Recognizing that individual journeys are unique, Alexis is committed to addressing each person’s specific movement needs.


Kevin Miller

Kevin recently moved to Apex from Rochester, NY after 8 years of experience training in health club and sports performance settings. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities. His calm, reassuring demeanor is appreciated by most clients, especially beginners, while his knowledge of mechanics and safe ranges of motion are great for people recovering from or working around injuries. 


Leah Menegos

I have been an athlete my whole life and have been resistance training consistently since I was fifteen. I started by teaching my mom how to workout and immediately knew that’s what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! After graduating from The University of Akron with a degree in Exercise Science, I began working with individuals of various sports, ages, and experience levels as a Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer. I recently moved to North Carolina from Ohio and am very excited to help more people become the best version of themselves!

Cora-Ann Gast

I am on a mission to encourage and inspire as many people as possible to find joy in moving their bodies! I believe fitness can be a path toward appreciation for your body, by cultivating healthy decisions and a healthy mindset. Much of my personal life has been transformed through fitness. As I worked on building my strength up, I found that I had even more inner strength to overcome obstacles, self-doubt, and insecurity. Every client I work with comes from a different background and relationship with their body and with exercise, so I am driven to make it an experience that feels right for them and where they are at in their journey.

I am full of positivity, passion, and enthusiasm. I think that the key to health and wellness lies first in connecting yourself on your truest deepest level. The better you know yourself, the better you can make decisions that align with your true self. There is a lot of interesting and sometimes conflicting or confusing information about health and wellness out there today. I like to help clients sort through the confusion and find a path that works for them.
