About Us

Soulful Strength Yoga is a place to move, breathe, and enjoy the process of taking care of yourself.
Our classes range from quiet and restorative to strong and challenging, heated and unheated, traditional and athletic. Every teacher has their own style, and we think that variety is one of the best parts of having a practice. Some days you need to slow down. Other days you need to work hard. Both matter.
We didn’t come to yoga from only one path.
Before opening Soulful Strength Yoga in August 2025, we spent years coaching and participating in a wide variety of sports and fitness disciplines: bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, triathlon, marathon running, hiking, obstacle races, and, of course, yoga. As personal trainers, we’ve also spent more than 20 years helping people move better, get stronger, recover from injuries, and stay active for the long haul.
We know there are plenty of people who enjoy that same mix. Maybe you lift weights and practice yoga. Maybe you run, hike, play sports, or simply want to feel strong enough to keep doing the things you love for decades to come. Or maybe you’re just getting started and looking for a welcoming place to learn.
That’s why we built Soulful Strength. We wanted a place that reflects the way we like to move – where yoga, strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery all have a place. We are excited to continue bringing more of these things together under one roof.
The classes we offer at Soulful Strength are built around the workouts and practices we continue to use in our own lives. They’re what help us stay strong, mobile, resilient, and excited to keep moving, and we’re always looking for new ways to share that with our community.
