Upcoming Workshops:

The Power of Breath

with Sharon Goodman

A 3-Part Series (You do not need to attend all three)

September 12 — The Power of Breath: Full Complete Breath

October 10 — The Power of Breath: Finding Your Ujjayi Breath

November 14 — The Power of Breath: Balance Through Alternate Nostril Breathing

Discover the hidden power already within you.

Your breath.

Wellness practices come in many forms, but few are as accessible and transformative as the breath.

Breathing is something we do automatically, yet when we bring conscious awareness to our breath through simple and controlled breathing techniques we unlock a reservoir of hidden power already within us.

In these monthly workshops, we will:

  • Create Community connection with like-minded fellow students
  • Interact and Discuss the techniques
  • Practice, Discuss, Practice, Discuss, Practice a bit more
  • Take class: 60 minute Soulful Flow class and extended savasana.

What you will walk away with:

  • Tools to advance your practice on and off  the mat
  • How to quiet the active mind (monkey mind)
  • Ways to Calm your nervous system +  reduce daily life stressors
  • improve mental clarity and function
  • Tap into your inner power not just physical strength

When we bring awareness to the way we breathe, we can begin to influence the way we feel — helping the nervous system shift out of stress and into a state of greater ease and balance.
